Summary:Identified and secured funding for capacity-building through the Partner Fund and Corporation for Supportive Housing, allowing the organization to retain consulting services for pre-development activities. CRS was a small start-up with limited internal capacity and had yet to establish its name within the housing funding community. Securing these funds was crucial to creating financial stability within the organization and to provide a foundation from which to plan and execute its development strategies.
