Summary: Created and coordinated the “Loan Shop” program
- Conducted interviews with developers to get feedback on loan product needs and competitiveness of potential GMHF products.
- Based on feedback, created guidelines, application process and instructions on predevelopment loans, acquisition loans and LIHTC bridge loans.
- Created internal policies on underwriting and portfolio monitoring.
- Created an internal benchmarks for potential loans.
- Created due diligence lists for closing the various loans.
