Ponterre Group guides organizations in increasing their ability to develop, manage, and sustain low-income housing. We work with executive directors, boards and their staff to support local decision-making and strategic planning. Services in this area include assisting you with:

• Determining, refining or articulating missions and strategic goals.
• Facilitating the development of strategic plans and business plans.
• Group facilitation.
• Training staff on technical aspects of developing affordable housing.
